My new omani henna inspired by the traditional embroidery from omani caps:
The traditional Omani outfit is called Dishdasha (long white robe) and the head is covered by a cap. Omani men may wear a variety of head dresses. The muzzar is a square of finely woven woollen or cotton fabric, wrapped and folded into a turban. Underneath this, the kummar, an intricately embroidered cap, is sometimes worn. These caps are made from white cotton material, and they are usually hand stiched. It takes months to finish a cap and that’s because of the beautiful embroidery which is called tanjim!
