This great dish is very easy to cook and absolutely delicious for any chicken and rice lovers. There are many recepies for this dish. This is one of them.


Soya sauce – 2 table sp
Garlic and ginger paste – 2 table sp
Salt and pepper to taste
Tomatoes – 2 nos diced
Oil – 3 tbsp
Chicken boneless – 10 to 15 pieces
Tomatoe ketchup – 1/2 cup
Chilli sauce – 1/2 cup

Yogurt – 2 tbsp


Marinate the chicken in soya sauce, ginger, garlic, red chilli and salt, pepper, yogurt and 1 tbsp of tomotoe ketchup for an hour. You can add also 1 tbsp of oil.

Fry the chicken for 5-7 minutes and then add tomatoes and mix it.

Bring to a boil untill the chicken turns tender.

It is served with boiled white rice.


Masala Keema

Masala Keema sau una din mancarurile traditionale pakistaneze, se poate prepara atat cu carne tocata de vita, dar si cu carne tocata de pui sau miel. Numele de Masala vine de la denumirea condimentului cu care se prepara aceasta reteta.


  • 500 grame carne tocata de vita;
  • 1 cutie de mazare;
  • condiment pudra ghimber;
  • usturoi pudra;
  • condiment chilli;
  • sare.

Mod de preparare:

Se fierbe carnea tocata de vita si se toarna intr-o oala cu ulei cat sa nu se prinda de oala. Se amesteca continuu si intre timp se adauga 2 lingurite de usturoi pudra, 1 lingura de ghimber condiment si 1 lingura de chilli.

Mai adaugam sare o lingurita si amestecam continuu timp de 1 minut. Daca carnea incepe sa se prinda de oala adaugam putina apa. O lingura de sos de tomate va da un gust deosebit mancarii noastre. Amestecam timp de 1 minut dupa care adaugam mazarea. Punem putina apa si mai lasam 5 minute.

Se serveste cu lipie libaneza si cu castraveti murati. Pofta buna! 😀
